Resolved - The resending of affected imports and the associated data processing have been successfully completed. All identified action points will be addressed as part of the post-Major Incident follow-up activities.

The Major Incident is now considered resolved and closed. A Major Incident Report will be shared once it has been finalised.

Update - The process is progressing as expected and has been continuously monitored throughout the day.

Update - We have confirmed that the deployed fix is functioning as expected. We are now initiating the resending of all files from the affected period.

The total processing time is currently unknown; however, given the substantial volume of data involved, we anticipate that the operation will take a considerable number of hours to complete.

During this processing phase, any new changes will be placed in a queue and may not take effect immediately. Our team will continue to monitor progress throughout the day.

The next update will be provided by 16:00 today.

Monitoring - A fix has been deployed to the production environment, and we are currently monitoring its performance to ensure its effectiveness. We will keep observing this tonight.

Provided the rollout remains successful, the resending of affected imports will commence tomorrow.

Identified - We have identified a bug in the Item Service import process that results in missing data. Our team is actively working on implementing a permanent solution to resolve this issue.

The problem affects all imports of files that have more than 20 rows, possibly causing rows after that being dropped from the import. It affects both integrations into EG and item/price updates via Excel.
