Update -
Fix has been deployed to the Test environment and we are checking log-data to determine if there are any issues.
If we determine that everything is working as expected, the plan is to deploy the fix to the Production environment around 09:00 am.
However, we might have to deviate from this plan if we see that there are reasons for not deploying to Production.
We will keep you informed about the progress.

Identified -
The underlying issue has been found and we are working on implementing a fix. However, we need to make sure that this fix is implemented in the safest way possible. Because of this, we have to deploy the fix to the Test environment first and make sure everything is working as expected.
We then expect to to deploy the fix to the Production environment sometine tomorrow morning.
We apologise for the inconvenience you may experience and thank you for your patience.

Update -
Sales done via POS API should still be possible and it should also be possible to create customer orders but capture might fail.
For orders where capture has failed, it should be possible to restart the capture once the current error has been fixed.
We will come back with more information about this.

Update -
Further analysis have detected that there is a risk of capture on orders failing.
